Some things are better in Australia...

Our friends Brian and Kimberly went on an awesome trip to Fiji, New Zealand, and Australia. They brought back a boomerang which was really cool. The carvings were awesome (just don't pay attention to my lovely hair). We went out one night to try out our boomerang throwing skills. It's not as easy as you may think. Most of the time it went straight up but never came back. It's amazing to think they used to hunt with them.
Then we went back to Brian and Kimberly's for a BBQ and games. Brian and Kimberly also brought back Musk flavored Life Savers. They are probably the grossest candy I've ever had! Matt says they taste like a rest home. One of the agreements of the games was that whichever team lost had to eat a Life Saver. So after an intense game of Hand and Foot, the boys were very happy when the girls ate musk. I'm glad that musk flavored candy has not made its way to the U.S.
