Labor Day

Our ward has Breakfast in the Park every Labor Day. Last year we didn't go for some reason. I'm guessing we were probably visiting Corey. But this year we went. It wasn't anything spectacular, just muffins, bagels, and fruit. yoohoo! So we ate, talked to some new couples in the ward and headed out for the more exciting part of our day. It was Haley's birthday! We went 'Putt-Putt' golfing (or miniature golfing for all my western U.S. readers). It was a lot of fun. Mostly goofing off. The highlight of the afternoon was when Brian hit the ball really hard and knocked it out of the golf course and off the roof of the building. It was pretty funny. Matt and Kimberly were the only ones that actually finished all 18 holes. I don't even remember who won.

We had an army guy following us around. He kept getting in the way of the hole.

Matt loved it even though he only got 8 tickets. He didn't want to look better than the birthday girl who finished with a deal of 100 tickets!
