A Funny Musical

This weekend we went to a very interesting musical that our friend Haley was in called Urinetown. That's right "pee"town. The whole show was all about it and how people were being charged beyond reason to use the "public amenities." It was very funny and so random. A lot of the songs were spoofs of other musicals like Fiddler on the Roof, Thriller, Guys and Dolls, and lots more. It made us laugh... a lot. If anyone has the chance to go don't be afraid of the title, just get ready to be entertained. The musical even got some Tony Awards. The Swift Creek Mill is a cool building that has been redone to be a playhouse and a restaraunt. It was fun to see sweet Haley as a hunchback, leg-braced old lady that even cursed a few times. We're excited to see what she does next.
