Maymont Park with 17 Kiddies

Our preschool went on a field trip to Maymont Park. The kids had a ton of fun looking at and feeding the animals. They especially loved the very friendly goats. It was in the mid 80's so we all got hot and tired before we had seen all the animals. We rested under a tree and had sack lunches before getting back on the bus. These are the days I look forward to all year (with excitement and a little anxiety too).

It's in the 80's there? Just crazy. I'm glad you could spend some time outside... although you get to go out for recess anyway don't you? Either way, it's always nice to have a change in routine.

I'm glad to hear you survived. That can be stressful with so many 3 year olds!

what a fun field trip! you are brave... i could barely handle 17 8-year-olds, let alone 17 preschoolers!

What a fun field trip, but I am sure exhausting with 17 kids.

I was just noticing your photos on your page and your really good. I love the way you capture the moment. You definitely have a talent.
