With all the warm weather we’ve been having, Matt has been so antsy to be outside, working on projects, getting dirty. Living in an apartment doesn’t really provide what he needs so we called up Daniel and Jessica and told them to think of some projects around the house they wanted to get done and that we were coming up for the weekend.
First outdoor project was to clean up their front yard and trim their big pine tree.
The girls were excited to get in on the action too.
Lily and Tessa threw their golf ball into the prickly bush, both trying to muster enough courage to reach in and get it.
The babies hung out on the porch.
Emma really loved the nice cool breeze. She slept the whole time we were outside, and then some.
We took all the kids for a walk to a nearby playground to let the girls run around.
Fun times. Their front yard looks a ton better. So glad we were able to get our hands dirty and help them out.

We love to see you guys! Thanks so much for helping us with the yard, we would have never dared tackle that monster of a tree without your encouragement/help. Seriously, can't thank you enough!
