December Party Time

December is always full of parties. To start off the festivities Matt turned 32!

Lily loved playing in the fountain. She even found a friend willing to endlessly pull coins out of the water so she could throw them back in.

Santa at the Rides

Here in town there is a cool park that has 25 cent kiddie amusement park rides. For two weekends in December Santa comes to the park and the rides open up for the kids. Lily and I spent a very chilly evening together having fun. Makes me excited for this summer when the rides will be open all the time!

Tessa Turned 3!

We ventured to Denver for Tessa’s birthday party at the Nature and Science Museum. When Lily received her invitation in the mail, she LOVED it. I often found her under the table just gazing at her special card from her favorite cousin Tessa.

The Health Exhibit

The Dinosaur Exhibit was super cool. Interactive, animatronic dinosaurs and a fun photobooth.

Company Party in Denver

Matt’s company had their holiday party at the Bronco’s Stadium in Denver (just a short drive from our old house). It was great being in our old stomping grounds. We even drove by our old house. We got a little nostalgic driving through our old neighborhood and seeing the house where Lily learned to walk. We don’t regret moving to our little city, but that house and that area will always bring back special memories for us.

The line to see Santa was long and hot but Lily got a big present so I guess it was worth it.

 

Santa gave us a choice between two different presents and apparently we chose the gift for the younger age group. Baby sister will love her new toys!
